With vast experience in the Construction Industry, Ian has a hands-on approach to every project we undertake. As a very practical problem solver he is up for every challenge. He has successfully completed many projects in the Industrial-, Commercial-, and Residential industries as a structural engineer. His strength lies in working with people and bringing a professional team together to get the job done and his strong leadership skills enables and encourages people to work in a culture that uplifts and supports each other.
Outside of work, you will find him hiking, cycling, hunting or traveling where ever something interesting is happening.

Hanco is a Steel Draftsman with experience in structural detailing and technical drawings. He focusses on accuracy, clear communication, and meeting project deadlines. He also enjoys working as part of a team to deliver high-quality designs.
Outside of work, you will find him playing golf or camping.

Tinus is a good problem solver with the ability to effectively assess problems and solve them. He completes all projects fast and with diligence. With his good communication skills he can take the lead in structural design projects.
